1. Website is servant, which is 24 hours a day showing everything you can do for your customer. If there is question which your customer probably will ask, your servant should know answer.
2. Website is made for your customers to save your and their time. It is not playground for crazy graphics, but place where business can be made. Should be simply in graphic, but rich in content and possibilities.
3. Website is made for ordinary people and not for computers folk. Everything on every webpages should have name, title and logic place.
4. Website should be easy to find. Descriptions for search engines is important, because people will use them.
5. Editing of content, include menu or goods database, should be easier than using MS Word.
6. Website should EXPECT mistakes in customer's search and actively offer possibilities.
7. Website could'nt sent to owner spam but orders and requests.
8. If owner of website decide to change anything on it, the change could be simply and quickly done. In minutes if possible.
9. Website is in most cases only database you will use, so it should have database abilities (publish items, unpublish items, secret places, members places etc.). It should be able to carry all your data and offer it from any place on the world.
10. Customers will need interactivity, so is important that all needs will have specific form of act (specific webform for all specific orders in example). It should be robot which will help your customers to find best solution of theirs problems.
