Drupal developers and webdesigners who are using Windows Vista has problem: there is no SMTP server included. In fact it is NOT big deal - almost all post servers don't allow local SMTP server with dynamic IP address to upload post, so USE SMTP SERVER ON LOCALHOST IS NOT GOOD IDEA AT ALL.

Best solution for web designer is to use SMTP server emulation - outgoing emails from an application will "catched" in emulator, so you can see it immediately, without waiting.
